[The Red Lounge in the up is closest to Victor's new home, so it makes sense to drop by first. It's also the place Roman's specifically forbid Victor from entering. The bar's theme revolves, mostly, around card games, specifically, Blackjack and with dozens of Roulette tables. Victor's addiction is well-known between the two of them, and while he's planning to stay at the bar over the tables, Victor keeps his eyes glued to one dealer nearest to his seat.

It's a good thing Victor isn't there too long before Boomer shows up, or else all that money he brought for booze would be lining the house's pockets.]

[ Boomer gets himself an escort to the Up and because of it he's basically on time for once in his life. And he's even made the slightest bit of effort for his appearance in the Up. Sort of. Granted, he's still wearing his duct taped combat boots and jeans worn nearly to the point of being littered with holes. But he's wearing a dress shirt, pale blue, unbuttoned to show off his chunky gold chains and chest fur, and the sleeves rolled up to the elbows to display thick forearms dotted with tattoos. It's an attempt. ]

There he is! [ Said brightly as he swaggers over, throwing an arm around Victor's shoulders as he nears, leaning in not for a kiss, but to stick his tongue in Victor's ear. Odd sort of greeting, but solely done just to get some sort of reaction. ]

[It does get Boomer a reaction, and because it's Victor is not within the realm of "normal" an average person might react with. It earns Boomer a dorky, wheezy laugh as Victor throws his own arm around Boomer to try and return the awkward greeting.

[ The return greeting drags a snorted little cackle from Boomer, nose scrunching as he makes his retreat soon after. Not far, though, only breaking contact enough to slip onto the bar stool next to Victor. ]

[ His attention barely flickers to the bartender, more interested in the surroundings and his company. ]

'Ere, check these bastards out. [ He thumps a broad forearm onto the bartop in front of Victor to show off a chunky 'bracelet', the same on his other arm too. ] Realignment cuffs, so we gotta be on our best behaviour, you and me.

Watching Boomer slam his cuffed hands onto the table, Victor whistles. Those are some nasty-looking jewels the city's got on standby.] Well that takes a few of tonight's activities off the planner. What the fuck do those things weigh, the city watches through everythin', you wouldn't think they'd need these fugly things.
