Victor's addiction is well-known between the two of them, and while he's planning to stay at the bar over the tables, Victor keeps his eyes glued to one dealer nearest to his seat.

[ Boomer gets himself an escort to the Up and because of it he's basically on time for once in his life. And he's even made the slightest bit of effort for his appearance in the Up. Sort of.
